At Shahi Fragrance, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that all our attars and perfumes are packed with care and delivered in excellent condition. However, due to the personal nature of our products, returns are limited.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only if:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• The item delivered is incorrect or defective

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used attar/perfume bottles
• Change of mind or personal fragrance preferences
• Products returned after 24 hours of delivery without valid reason

🕒 2. Return Request Timeline

To be eligible for a return or refund:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• You must provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

🔄 3. Replacement or Refund

Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will offer one of the following:

• Free Replacement of the same item
• Refund to your original payment method (only if replacement is not possible)

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

📬 4. Return Shipping

• If the return is approved, we may arrange pickup or request you to ship the item back.
• If return shipping is required, we will inform you and share the address.
• Return shipping cost (if applicable) will be covered by us in case of valid claims.

🧴 5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Used or opened bottles
• Customized or bulk orders
• Free gifts or promotional items
